The break is OVER! After nearly 7 months of soul searching, complete rest and recouperation.....I am finally back in the gym. Training hard and heavy and enjoying my workouts again. My competitive future is still uncertain but feel I need a good long break to make the improvements necessary for me to be happy with my progress. Thanks for your support!
